With the underclassmen’s success, Woody credit his veteran upperclassmen for his or her mentorship and presence throughout the program.
“It just shows the direction our program is going,” Woody stated. “We’ve bought some elite older athletes in our program, and with our youth athletes with the ability to practice in that setting with these guys to get higher every single day, it takes all of them to a different point. You cannot supplant having noble coaching companions who propel you every single day.”
